the stadium was HUGE. and it was totally different to watch a basketball match live. *beam* it's been smth i've always wanted to do.

so i'll be leaving on a jet plane for singapore, reaching on the 22nd! cant believe how fast time has flown. am kinda sad looking at my empty room and seeing all the places i'm (probably) never gonna see again. =( but yet i'm glad that i'll be heading home. miss EVERYONE back home.

i've eaten at noodle box (wanted to see how authentic the food was. *grin*), went to watch an ice hockey match, and went skiing!

during their first break (they haf 3 periods of 20 minutes each game), they had the junior hockey kids to play! look at how tiny and cute they are!

ok, this is a bit small.. but what's happening is a fist fight that suddenly broke out! the referrees were juz standing at the side, and the crowd was juz sitting dere enjoying the show. haha.. tok abt a violent sport. 3 fights broke out during the game.

skiing! gosh the ski shoes HURT. we had a coaching session wif two coaches, so all of us kinda know how to ski now! super fun! but extremely tiring. i'm covered wif bruises rite now, and my butt and legs are aching alot. no pics of us actually skiing, coz we din wanna endanger our cameras.

the church i attend here. the kids sang wif the adult choir today. (actually there were tons of performances today, coz it's nearing christmas)

some pork thing, the sauce was wonderful. went to 'irish time pub', which had fantastic guinness flavoured stuff on their menu.

the soup had guinness toooooo... (and crab!) so nice!here are the happy troopers!look at my delighted face when i first saw the oysters!!oysters oysters oysterssssss... so fresh it practically melts in ur mouth!

that's where we were, they let us sit in this super private room, which had a window overlooking the street. shiok!4:35pm! and it's already so dark. it looks like 7:30pm back home rite?the christmas lightings are already out. nice, but i cant wait to see the lightings back homethe empress hotel. it's world famous. their high tea is apparently super duper good, but it costs CAD$50 a head, which is something i absolutely wont indulge in, although it's soo tempting. hahathe parliament building. they've put up the christmas (red and green) lights! used to be totally yellow lights. guess how many lights are used? 33,333 lights in total!friesssssprawns..and MORE prawns!

went bowling on sat wif my marketing communications grp. tried 5 pin bowling! i was surprised to see it, never knew it existed. it's 5 small pins, and the rules are slightly different. the ball is TINY! for the first time in my life, i bowled ok. i usually suck at 10 pin bowling, i can go as low as 14 points!! so it's amazing that i regularly bowled over a 100 points for 5 pin bowling! conclusion: it's not my aim, it's my strength and control of my wrist. haha..

it was hard to take pics of the bowling alley coz of the lighting. it was amazingly like some disco, which meant my flash wasn't powerful enuff. yup, that's (almost) all of my grp. molly, davis, anne, devon (who din work wif us, she's molly's fren), and me. charmony and katie din go, which was a pity.

tonnnsss of pictures coming up! i've been lazy lar, so they've accumulated. we had our year end banquet last friday, and it was a BLAST! tons of fun taking pics, the food was great, the company was fantastic. here are some pics of the banquet. =)

before.. and after! we changed our dresses, coz ellince was afraid her dress was too long for clubbing. (stepping on it while dancing n all that) and i brought clubbing clothes, so it was no big deal for us to change. cool eh? we can switch dresses juz like that!

ahhhh.. the food was good! i should have taken pics of the dellliiiicciioouuus cakes! the choc mousse cake melted in ur mouth! it was juz so good! oishi~

it's her 21st bdae today! we went to christie's pub for food and drinks. (i din drink though) but it was great fun, esp since i haven't stepped out of campus for abt 2 weeks coz of all my work. super sad hor? i had a crazy day today: 2 reports, 2 presentations, 1 exam. i'm juz glad it's over.

food glorious food! it was fantastic eating at some place that isn't the cafeteria! the food was so-so, but the company was great, so that's more impt.

i couldn't resist sneaking another picture of the lovely snow. alas, the snow has melted and turned to slush. it's super gross and dangerously icey now. everyone walks super slowly so they dun fall and hurt themselves.

we're having our year end banquet tom!!! we're renting a car, and it's SO exciting! we're meeting really early at becky's place to do our girl things like putting on makeup, etc. hee hee~ can't wait!!
